Sarina’s Quilt

Postcards from Japan

Sarina’s quilt was made over a number of months at a series of patchwork quilting sessions.  It is called ‘Postcards from Japan’ and it was designed by the instructor.  The patchwork pattern features kimono, lanterns, origami, cranes and sashiko.  It is custom quilted in gold thread in various motifs.  It looks very stunning and showcases a fabric used in the large blocks and a border.  It is queen sized.
